Chapter v
The Grand Marshal says to his subordinates, "The Royal Family is no more. Among the mortals, choose one to lead. It would be the one chosen by the majority. The Military can choose to stay or disband. You can also create a group that will protect the race. My Black Dragon Fleet will be disbanded. Lou, handle the rest with your partner. I'm going out to look for the traces of my wife."
Warden and Dean Frey von Gregory kneel on one knee and say, "Yes, My Lord (Lord God)!"
"Yue, Yang, find the traces of Yara. I don't care where you find them; even if you have to search the whole universe to find him, do so." The God of Void said.
He is no longer the Grand Marshal since he has disbanded his army. The previous hierarchy has long since vanished since the Imperium Star was destroyed. There is no longer a royal family or nobility, only a bunch of survivors looking to start again.
A little moon and a little sun appeared in thin air; in a split second, these two materialized in their human form and kneeled before the God of Void. Their response to the Sovereign's order was, "As you desire, Sovereign."
"I will look around on this planet. Search on the other planets. Go," Ye Xiajie commanded.
He had thrown away his identity as Grand Marshal, therefore, he had also thrown away his name. He will only be addressed by his given name, Ye Xiajie, and he will be the only person in the world to do so. He glanced up at the sky, the vast forest, and the deep ocean after the ice had melted. Everything in this world is saturated with his wife's qi. He can only discover him in his star by himself.
Ye Xiajie said, "I am willing to walk all over this star just to find you. Wait for me to bring you home."
The God of Void then turns away and walks into the wilderness. He lowered himself to the posture of a mortal and walked on the ground, where he could venture with only one leap. But he refuses to do so. Because he is frightened of losing sight of his beloved, he sacrifices himself once more for him.
The mysterious energy within the frozen crown prince was absorbed by Roi, and the body exploded into a bloody cloud as the Grand Marshal passed by. One white and one black opt to travel beside the former Grand Marshal on his quest to uncover the master of Reine.
Everyone turned to gaze at his back, which was shrinking as the two black and white quantum animals in the distance approached. His younger brother was about to say something but stopped himself at the last second. He had not said anything since his elder brother revealed that the Royal Family was no longer in existence. The only fact that they were alive is due to his elder brother or that soul within his brother's body. Also, thanks to Yara von Chrysalis, a Mystical Butterfly Clan member who made a sacrifice merely to reconstruct their planet.
The former Second Prince, Christopher Klein von Imperlian asked, "Imperial Father..."
"There is no imperial family anymore. Just call, Father," Former Emperor Cale Meijer von Imperlian declared.
Christopher Klein von Imperlian smiled and said, "Okay, Father, will Uncle be okay? Is he really going to roam this newly made planet by foot?"
"He had no other choice. Since Lord Yara's qi is found all over this planet, even if he uses his senses, what he will see is that Lord Yara is everywhere. He needs to do it on his own. His choice is correct." Megan Shelley (Zane Lin) said.
Dean Frey von Gregory said, "We will supervise your election for the leader of this group. Cheat and you shall perish."
"We will handle the rest until everything is in balance. Afterward, we will also leave to follow the tracks of our Lord. Be wise and choose whom you truly wish to follow, Mortals." Warden Lou said.
When the survivors of the conflict heard the name 'Mortals' applied to them, they realized they had been living alongside Gods all along and had not known it. They had rejected him, especially the Grand Marshal. They intended to yank him from his perch and slurp his place. They had not anticipated such movements to be as perilous as walking on ice. The Grand Marshal had been observing them as a prank the entire time.
Warden Lou said, "We will get a representative with the side of the Sentient Beings, they as of now should be willing to sign a treaty with them. On this planet, they can be considered stronger than you are but since Lord Yara is willing to let you live here then they won't harm you. You two races need to get along."
"So, who is your chosen leader?" Dean Frey von Gregory asked.
Almost everyone turned to gaze at the second prince after their inquiry was asked. The Gretel Clan was dissatisfied since they had already agreed to return to their father's home planet and live with the Mystical Butterfly Clan. After all, they were designated the Chrysalis Family's Branch Family.
Everyone's gaze was drawn to Christopher Klein von Imperlian, and he could even see his fiance's playful smile on his handsome face.
"I don't want to lead! I want to live with Silvie and take care of him all of my life!" The former second prince declared, making his lover blush in embarrassment.
Silvan von Rosegard struck him on the back of his head and said, "Watch what you are saying!?" Nôv(el)B\\jnn
"Sweetheart, don't be like this. I just want to spend my time with you all the time. If I become a leader, I will be busy all the time. I don't want that," Christopher Klein von Imperlian said.
Stephen von Rosegard whispered to his parents, "This is the first time I saw a nominated leader use this kind of excuse, though the former Emperor does it sometimes too."
"Well, like father, like son," Papa Rosegard said.
Christopher Klein von Imperlian said, "Father is still young; he can still lead if he wants to. There is aslo Jace!" He is trying to push the leader position to his old father and younger brother.
When they turned around to face the former emperor, he spotted him at a distance with his youngest son, both of whom were shaking their heads in dissent. Obviously, I did not want to take on the role of leader.
Cale Meijer von Imperlian said, "No, I'm retired. This old man doesn't want to work anymore."
"Brother, don't look for me next. I'm going to focus on hardening. I made a promise with them." Jace Green von Imperlian said. He was talking about the Sentient Beings in the former greenhouse. He made this promise in exchange for them helping in the war.
Christopher Klein von Imperlian mumbled, "I also don't want to work."
Just as he was about to go, his brother-in-law, Stephen von Rosegard, and Duke Claudius, who opted to stay to maintain the link between the Mystical Butterfly Clan and the inhabitants of this world, wedged him in the midst, barring any escape.
Stephen von Rosegard said, "Your Highness... I mean, Leader, you can't run away from your responsibilities. As the chosen leader of everyone in our race, you can't just leave like that."
"Leader, since I choose to stay, I will make sure to keep you in line. You can't escape from your work unless you give me a satisfying ending," Claudius von Gretel said. "Moreover, there are two treaties that need to be prepared soon. One is with the Sentient Plant Race and the other is with the Mystical Butterfly Clan. Let's start working right away!"
"No~, I don't want to. Sweetheart, save me!! Ahh!!!" Christopher Klein von Imperlian said while being dragged away by two men who will soon become his right and left-hand men in the future.
Silvan von Rosegard waves his hand at his beloved and laughs at his silly face. "Darling, do your best~"
"Why didn't you tell him that you will also work under Lord Claudius? To be trained as the future assistant of Chris," Mama Rosegard said.
Papa Rosegard said, "Let them be. Silvie just wanted to surprise Chris."
"I see!" Mama Rosegard said delightedly.
Meanwhile, Dean Frey von Gregory and Warden Lou had a brief disagreement. The former took the initiative in organizing homes for everyone, while the latter approached the military and inquired about their plans for the future. It appears that the military sought to develop certain technologies to more carefully monitor the borders than before. As a result, the mishap with the Zerg's unexpected invasion will never happen again.

Meanwhile, somewhere in space...
Xue Hunluan had just completed gathering his severed body pieces and was spread over space. He employed space teleportation to reach an infinite number of coordinates in space merely to find his limbs. He is unable to regenerate a new portion since the trigger for doing so is blood. However, because every portion of his severed limbs was frozen, regeneration is currently impossible. Unless he melts the ice and reattaches his limbs.
"Ah. Ha! Hah! That damn lunatic!!!" Xue Hunluan is cursing the main soul, Hei Anjing.
He was still observing what the Main Soul had done after he was expelled from that planet. He saw him rebuilding the world and, once again, giving himself to bring that guy back to life. Just seeing this scenario made him furious, but for some reason, his rage subsided as he remembered that it was his fault that the God of Void died in this realm.
Seeing what happened next following his departure, he said while pursing his lips as if keeping something back.
"These two never changed. But that man can cry? Tsk! How annoying~" Xue Hunluan said before tearing a space and once again disappearing into the endless galaxies.

Somewhere in the Void...
When the shadowy human figure blending in the darkness ate the heart of the God of Void, he felt a surge of vitality. Even though it wasn't the genuine heart, it used to host a Sovereign like the God of Void. Divinity used to run about in that vessel. It was only limited after man had been chastised by the Divine Laws.
He is now staring at his hand, which has developed human-like flesh. It was no longer only a shadow. It appears that consuming anything from the God of Void aids him in the creation of his vessel. This is such a pleasant surprise. He not only killed the God of Void's avatar, but the energy that the guy ate was only a remnant wisp from him repairing that human's body and stopping him from being swamped by the other bloodline poured into him.
Tun Shi Zhe murmured, "Finally found a way to rebuild a vessel. A body much stronger than what I used to be born with. Heh~"
He mingled with Void once more, making even the God of Void unable to identify him. Furthermore, he seldom monitors what is going on in the Void and would never have imagined an entity like the World Eater to be hidden in a place like this. As they say, the most perilous areas may also be the safest ones.
